I have been an injection mold engineer for more than 8 years, now I work for a Shenzhen plastic moulding company. And I have been preparing to be a mould engineer and designer since last year. I have taken some English lessons and I want to change my thought as a project when I am in Chinese mould, tooling company. I update my CV on the internet but it seems nothing works. I feel so down. I think maybe some of us here have some experience. Would you like to help me and give some useful advice to me?
